warm greeting excellent service super clean room convenient location
The staff greeted me warmly and provided excellent service. The rooms were super clean and well kept, and the bed was so comfortable. Breakfast had many options and fresh ingredients. I appreciated the convenient location near attractions and public transportation.
I found a slight delay in getting extra towels one evening.

a satisfactory stay
convenient location nearby metro worn bed narrow space
i really appreciated how close the tram stop was , it was right in front of the hotel. the metro station was only a short walk away , just about 4 minutes.
i did notice the beds felt quite worn. the space between the bed and the wall was also very narrow.

The location proved convenient, situated close to the tram stop. i found it very helpful that the staff were cute and quickly addressed my questions. They were able to facilitate a smooth check-in. the fresh cookies offered upon arrival were a lovely, personal touch that i appreciated after traveling.
there was ongoing road work directly in front of the hotel, made accessing the entrance difficult.

the location is super convenient near the tram station i found the accessibility quite easy. the staff were friendly and helpful giving great recommendations for local spots to visit i even tried some cool hidden gems. my room was clean the bed was super comfy after a long day exploring

prime location attentive staff complimentary water delicious breakfast
the location proved perfect, placing me close to many historical sites and convenient transport links. the staff was attentive and always available, they provided support with every request. i especially loved the complimentary bottled water provided daily, a thoughtful touch. the breakfast was delicious, it had good options and fresh pides.
the elevators seemed a bit slow during peak hours.
